Hunter Wyatt Studio
My Story
I started working with skulls at 15, cleaning deer skulls for local hunters as a way to make money and spend time doing something I genuinely enjoyed. What began as a side hobby turned into a long-term pursuit of understanding how to properly clean and preserve bone. Over time, I realized most people aren’t lacking effort—they’re lacking a clear understanding of what’s actually happening during the process. This site is built to help understand the basics. My goal is to share accurate, fact-based information, backed by real experience, so anyone can produce better results with confidence. I approach this work as both an artist and a professional, openly sharing my methods so others can learn, improve, and take pride in what they preserve and collect.
